Trading on Tacen Exchange
The trading terminal is home to everything that a user needs to make informed trades quickly and easily. Users are able to see recent trades that are made, an orderbook that can be aggregated at multiple levels, and a chart that has a comprehensive toolbox for simple and advanced chart analysis.
At the moment, users are only able to submit market and simple limit orders. Order capability will expand to include complex order types as we continually roll features out.
Submitting a MKT Order
Users are able to submit simple buy/sell orders that take from the orderbook. Users simply select the asset pair they wish to submit an order on, select by or sell, and input an amount they wish to buy or sell.
Submitting a LMT Order
Currently, hDEX supports simple limit order submission. Users are able to determine whether or not their order will be a bid or an ask order, the price that they would like to submit the order at, and the amount of the order.
Canceling an Order
Users are able to cancel both unfilled and partially filled orders. Once an order has been entirely filled, users are unable to cancel an order.
Orders are canceled by navigating to the 'Orders' section of the assets tab at the bottom of the Trading Terminal. All open orders are listed there with the option to cancel the order.
